This Week’s Sweet News – September 23

Well, it’s been about 2 months since we announced that we purchased 3 Girls Cupcakes.  We have been so busy since then doing just about everything we can to join the two companies as smoothly as possible.  We have added 4 new employees to keep up with demand, expanded out production capacity and we still have a lot of work to do.  Thank you for all the compliments and feedback!  We read all comments and try to make changes when we can based on customer feedback.  Thank you for all of the support during our transition.

We are going to be working on The Cupcake Cruiser Schedule over the next few weeks.  We are going to try stops that we have not visited since we took over, and even add brand new stops! We carefully track sales at each stop and what cupcakes run out first.  We use this information to plan our future cruise schedules.  If we are selling a lot of cupcakes at a certain stop, we will visit that stop more often and stay longer when we visit.  If we are consistently running out of a cupcake flavor, we will bring more of that flavor.  On the flip side, if we are not selling much at a stop, we will not visit that stop as frequently.  Make sure you tell everyone in your office that we are coming to make sure we visit often.  Be kind, buy a coworker a cupcake if they are not available when we are there.  If you would like The Cupcake Cruiser to come and sell at your job, visit our website and fill out the contact form.  Make sure you include the contact information for the property manager or landlord and we will try to make it happen.
