What’s a cupcake without frosting?  It’s just a muffin.  As Amy would say, a muffin is just an ugly cupcake.  Since we don’t want to serve any ugly cupcakes, all our cupcakes have yummy frosting.  We make our cupcake and frosting combinations to complement each other perfectly, we are not just pairing up two random flavors.

Funny thing, Amy is not a big fan of frosting… and she wanted to start a cupcake company.  With that in mind, she put a lot of time into perfecting our frostings (I put a lot of time into eating them).  Our frostings are truly different than anything you have already tried and we have received some great feedback about them.  Below are some of our frostings that you must try.

Cream Cheese Frosting (Any Variety)

When someone asks me about this frosting, I tell them it is hard to describe.  You just have to try it for yourself.  It’s a rich creamy authentic cream cheese frosting.  I know many bakeries offer a cream cheese butter cream frosting, and just have some flavor added to their regular buttercream frosting.  Depending on the cupcake flavor you select, you can get it plain, or with lemon, cherry or pomegranate flavoring.  One customer said the cherry cream cheese frosting was so good, they had dreams about it.

Marshmallow Frosting

We offer a S’mores cupcake that comes with our marshmallow frosting.  It taste so much like marshmallows, customers swear we melt some marshmallows and plop them on top of the cake.  We use actually ingredients, and whip them into the perfect consistency.  This is not the stuff you get in the jar, and you can tell when you taste it.  Get a napkin and enjoy, it may stick to your mouth.

Peanut Butter Frosting

Our Peanut Butter Dream cupcake is by far the most popular flavor we offer and I think that can be attributed to the rich peanut butter frosting.  This frosting is so good, I think I could just eat it out of a bowl.  It’s a perfect blend and customer make some pretty interesting remakes about it.  Some are so risqué I dare not mention them on the blog.

We have many other frosting options, but I only wanted to mention a few.  What’s your favorite?

It is hard to believe that marshmallow frosting is homemade. When I ate it I couldn’t tell it if was real marshmallows or the stuff out of a jar. Impressive (and yummy)!! I don’t know how Amy does it, but Kudo’s to her!
